Tom Adair, age 59 of Norwalk died Thursday, September 23, 2021 at his home.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service followed by a luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 29th at O'Leary Funeral & Cremation Services in Norwalk. Memorials to the Iowa State Athletics Department in memory of Tom will be accepted.

Tom's Life Story
Paul Thomas “Tom” Adair was born in Hampton, Iowa on October 3, 1961, to Paul and Dorlois “Billie” Adair. Tom graduated from Hampton High School with the Class of 1980, and later from Iowa State University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering with the Class of 1985.
Tom was a life-long Cyclone. He played for the Cyclones football team as a walk-on; and throughout his life attended or watched Iowa State football or basketball games. In 1996, Tom was blessed with his son, Bradley. They enjoyed watching movies and television, discussing world events and politics, and being there for one another. The last several years Tom was a design engineer for Putco. He was engineer lead and enjoyed mentoring new engineers and designing car parts for major automobile companies.
Tom passed away on September 23, 2021 at his home in Norwalk from a heart attack. In addition to his son Bradley, he leaves behind his brothers, Don Rew of St. Paul, Minnesota, Jack (Marty) Rew of Overland Park, Kansas, Clair (Mary) Rew of Johnston, Iowa, and Tony Adair of Hampton, Iowa; and a host of many nieces and nephews.
